About

Established in 2026, Radical Rituals was first conceived as a fitness & yoga teaching hub. Inspired by the direction her own wellness routines were taking, however, founder Rachel Radomski’s vision expanded to integrate daily practices, with an emphasis on confronting the tools we’ve been sold.

While Radical Rituals also sells wellness products & sustainable recipe starters, our aim is to illuminate the ease with which these tools can be acquired—most of our ingredients are sourced from a backyard garden—& the simplicity in their application to everyday life. They are a starting point to drive holistic, fulfilling rituals.

Consider the difference between a routine & a ritual. We get trapped in routine easily, the instinctive side of our minds rely on the comfort of familiarity, and after a while, it becomes harder to recognize the purpose they truly serve. A ritual, in contrast, is intentional. It’s practiced mindfully. The teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh say even dishwashing can be ritualistic:

“While washing the dishes one should only be washing the dishes, which means that while washing the dishes one should be completely aware of the fact that one is washing the dishes…The fact that I am standing there and washing these bowls is a wondrous reality. I’m being completely myself, following my breath, conscious of my presence, and conscious of my thoughts and actions. There’s no way I can be tossed around mindlessly like a bottle slapped here and there on the waves.”

Allow these ritual offerings to change the way you see the world. Try a private fitness class, & notice how the attention you pay to your body changes the care you take with it. Take what you learn & use it to think differently about the way you move. Test out a recipe starter & taste the change of the seasons, be energized by organic ingredients, recognize the disjunction we create in our bodies by ignoring what the earth provides & appreciate the newfound harmony. Find further connection through nontoxic salves & cleaners: the products we use on our skin, in our hair, to wash our clothes, are the layer between us & the world. Let the veil fall.
